Cozy, chic and functional, this Newport Beach remodel fuses a flare of mediterranean villa with contemporary chic to create a well traveled, sophisticated style. The dining room was converted into a bar with underlit bottles. A wine fridge, ice maker and buitl-in coffee bar make this a fashionable one-stop entertainment space. Arched windows were installed to enclose the patio for a new dining room therefore adding to the homes useable living space.
